Refund policy

As of today, you are finally getting the service of trying on the items while the courier waits by your door. 

In the case of not taking it, please note that you should pay the delivery charge. This is not a free service. 

After accepting your package, you are eligible for an exchange within 24 hours only. Refunds are not accepted. 
Please take the opportunity to try the item while the courier awaits, after he leaves there will not be any chance for returns. 

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
